Common use of Contract Quarterly Sales Report Clause in Contracts

Contract Quarterly Sales Report. (Attachment K), has been updated. The Contractor agrees to submit a Quarterly Sales Report (Attachment K) to the DMS Contract Manager within ten fifteen working business days after the close of each State Fiscal quarter (September 30, December 31, March 31, and June 30). Quarterly Reporting periods should coincide with the contract term and should begin the quarter following contract execution. Reports must be submitted in MS Excel format. The report will include all sales (orders) from State Agency and Other Eligible Users received (associated with this contract) during the period. Initiation and submission of the Quarterly Report is the responsibility of the Contractor without prompting or notification from the DMS Contract Manager. If no orders are received during the period, the contractor must submit a report stating that there was no activity. If the Contractor fails to submit two consecutive quarterly sales reports, the Contract may be terminated for convenience or the Department may choose to not renew the Contract. In addition, the Department may require additional Contract sales information such as copies of purchase orders, or ad hoc sales reports. The Contractor shall submit these specific ad hoc requests within the specified amount of time as requested by the Department.
