The purpose of the Contract is to allow the Member to discharge its legal obligations in accordance with the provisions of Article R. ▇▇▇-▇▇▇-▇ of the Environmental Code, provided it reports the quantities of the Products placed on the market and subject to full payment of its Contribution to SCRELEC.
