Common use of Contract of Grantee Clause in Contracts

Contract of Grantee. Grantee shall provide the Sponsor or its designated representative with written notice in the event that Grantee executes any subcontract or obligates itself in any other manner with any third party with respect to the project described in Attachment “A”.
