This means that your contract with us can be cancelled simply by giving 28 days written notice and paying £250 plus Vat towards the marketing costs. (This is refundable by way of a deduction if you use us again in the future). ii. You must give 28 days written notice if you wish to cancel this contract or use another estate agent.
