Sole Agency. 4.13.1 Where we have agreed to act as your sole agent this will be for a period of 8 weeks from the date of our agreement. This will mean that you will not instruct another agent to let the Property during this period.
Sole Agency. Where the Agents act on the Seller’s behalf as sole agents, the Seller will be liable to pay remuneration to the Agents, in addition to any other costs or charges agreed, if at any time unconditional contracts for sale of the property are exchanged with a Buyer introduced by the Agents during the period of their sole agency or with whom the Agents had negotiations about the property during that period, or, with a Buyer introduced by another agent during that period. The Agents will be able to claim the agreed commission for a period of 6 months after expiry of the sole agency agreement, if a Buyer, introduced during the sole agency period goes on to purchase the property within 6 months of expiry of the agreement. Termination of sole agency Either party can terminate a sole agency at any time by giving 5 days notice, which should be confirmed in writing.
Sole Agency. I agree to refer all inquiries from prospective tenants or their agents to the Broker. The Broker agrees to use his or her best efforts to lease the property to such prospects.

Sole Agency. A sole agency, in the first instance, is for an agreed initial period of Weeks from the date of the agreement, continuing thereafter unless terminated in writing by either party, giving notice of not less than 14 days. Where other agents are instructed, upon the termination of the agreement the terms and conditions shall automatically relate to a multiple agency agreement. The vendor will be liable to pay Xxxxxxxx’x commission, in addition to any other costs or charges agreed, if at any time during, or in 6 months after, the sole agency period unconditional contracts for the sale of the property (ies) are exchanged with a purchaser introduced by Marsango or with whom we had negotiations about the property (ies). You will also be liable to pay Marsango sole agency commission if you exchange contracts with a purchaser introduced by another agent within the period of our sole agency.
Sole Agency. 3.1 The Client appoints the Provider as the Client's agent and to receive and submit information about the Client to third parties in the course of providing the Services.
Sole Agency. 3.5 If you have elected to instruct us on a sole agency basis you agree that we will be the only agent instructed to market and let your property for the agreed period shown in the management agreement. If you instruct another agent during such period, APTUS EA LTD have the full right reserve the right to charge the agreed number of monies that is owed, which is will be stated by the agent, this includes both letting and sale management contracts.
