CONTRACT INCLUDES ENTIRE AGREEMENT. It is understood and agreed by and between the parties, hereto, that this Agreement is the only existing Agreement between the parties with respect to any and all wages, and terms and conditions of employment for members of the bargaining unit. UNM and the Association may, upon mutual agreement, negotiate an MOU in writing which may change policy and provisions of this contract or other matters which may become issues of mutual concern from time to time.
