Common use of Contract Duration Clause in Contracts

Contract Duration. This Agreement shall become effective on January 1, 2020 and shall remain in full force and effect through December 31, 2021. It shall automatically be renewed from year to year unless either party gives written notice of a desire to modify, amend or terminate it at least ninety (90) days, but not more than one hundred twenty (120) days prior to the anniversary date of any year thereafter if it is automatically renewed. This Contract shall be reopened as of December 31, 2020 for the purpose of negotiating wages. The No-Strike, No Lock-out provision of this Agreement shall be waived at this time.

It shall automatically be renewed 2011, and will continue in full force and effect from year to year thereafter unless either party gives written notice of a desire to modify, amend or terminate it shall notify the other party in writing at least ninety (90) days, but not more than one hundred twenty (120) days prior to the anniversary date September 30 of any year thereafter if it is automatically renewedof its intention to change, modify or terminate this Agreement. This Effective October 1, 2009 the Contract shall be reopened as of December 31, 2020 for the purpose of negotiating wages. The No-StrikeEffective October 1, No Lock-out provision of this Agreement 2010 the Contract shall be waived at this timereopened for the purpose of negotiating wages.

It shall be automatically be renewed from year to year thereafter unless either party gives written notice of a desire to modify, amend or terminate it at least ninety (90) days, but not no more than one hundred twenty (120) days prior to the anniversary date of November 30, 2011 or any year November 30 thereafter if it is automatically renewed. This Contract Agreement shall be reopened as of effective December 311, 2020 2010 for wages and the purpose of negotiating wages. The No-Strike, No Lock-out provision of this Agreement shall be waived at this time‐ Strike – No Lockout Article.

It shall automatically be renewed from year to year thereafter unless either party gives written notice of a desire to modify, amend or terminate it shall notify the other party in writing at least ninety (90) days, but not more than one hundred twenty (120) days prior to the anniversary date October 31, 2011 or October 31 of any year thereafter if it is automatically renewedof its intention to change, modify or terminate this Agreement. This Contract The contract shall be reopened as of December 31October 1, 2020 2010 for the purpose purposes of negotiating wages. The No-Strike, No Lock-out provision of this Agreement shall be waived at this time.
