CONTRACT DOCUMENTS 2. 1.1‌ The Contract Documents consist of this Contract and all exhibits and attachments listed, contained, or referenced in this Contract, the Williamson County Uniform General Conditions (“UGCs”), Supplementary or other Conditions, if any, the Drawings, Specifications, Addenda issued prior to the Effective Date of this Contract, The Bid/Proposal Documents as defined by the Invitation for Bidders/Request for Proposals, and all Change Orders and any other Modifications issued after the Effective Date of this Contract, all of which form this Contract and are as fully a part of this Contract as if attached to this Contract.

CONTRACT DOCUMENTS 2. 1 Subject to the order of precedence set forth in the Contract Agreement, all documents forming the Contract (and all parts thereof) are intended to be correlative, complementary, and mutually explanatory. The Contract Agreement shall be read as a whole.
CONTRACT DOCUMENTS 2. 1 The “Contract Documents” consist of the documents listed or referred to in Schedule 1, entitled “Schedule of Contract Documents”, which is attached and forms a part of this Agreement, and includes any and all additional and amending documents issued in accordance with the provisions of the Contract Documents. All of the Contract Documents shall constitute the entire Contract between the Owner and the Contractor. 2.2 The Contract supersedes all prior negotiations, representations or agreements, whether written or oral, and the Contract may be amended only in strict accordance with the provisions of the Contract Documents.
