Contract Documents 2 Clause Samples

The "CONTRACT DOCUMENTS 2" clause defines which documents collectively form the binding agreement between the parties. Typically, this includes items such as the signed contract, specifications, drawings, addenda, and any referenced schedules or amendments. By clearly listing all documents that are considered part of the contract, this clause ensures that there is no ambiguity about the materials that govern the parties' rights and obligations, thereby preventing disputes over which documents are enforceable.
Contract Documents 2. 1.1‌ The Contract Documents consist of this Contract and all exhibits and attachments listed, contained, or referenced in this Contract, the Williamson County Uniform General Conditions (“UGCs”), Supplementary or other Conditions, if any, the Drawings, Specifications, Addenda issued prior to the Effective Date of this Contract, The Bid/Proposal Documents as defined by the Invitation for Bidders/Request for Proposals, and all Change Orders and any other Modifications issued after the Effective Date of this Contract, all of which form this Contract and are as fully a part of this Contract as if attached to this Contract.
Contract Documents 2. 1 Subject to Article 1.2 (Order of Precedence) of the Contract Agreement, all documents forming part of the Contract (and all parts of these documents) are intended to be correlative, complementary, and mutually explanatory. The Contract shall be read as a whole.
Contract Documents 2. 1 The “Contract Documents” consist of the documents listed or referred to in Schedule 1, entitled “Schedule of Contract Documents”, which is attached and forms a part of this Agreement, and includes any and all additional and amending documents issued in accordance with the provisions of the Contract Documents.
