CONTRACT CONTACTS. The Department may appoint a different Contract Administrator or Manager, which will not require an amendment to the Contract, by sending written notice to the Contractor. The Contractor shall address all communication relating to the Contract to the Contract Manager. 8.1 The Department employee who is primarily responsible for maintaining the Contract Administration file is: 1. Maintain the official Contract Administration file; 2. Maintain this Contract and all amendments; and 3. Maintain records of all formal contract correspondence between the Department and the Contractor as provided by the Contract Manager for filing in the Contract Administration file.
