─Contract Conformance. Individual teacher contracts tendered by the Board prior to the completion of negotiations shall be adjusted to be in conformance with any agreement thereafter reached by the parties. The Board will not tender individual teacher contracts to teachers who were on continued contractual service during the preceding school term.
