Contract Conditions. 6.1 This CA is subject to the terms and conditions set out in the Schedules to the DMP Low Risk ICT Projects Agreement, and the special conditions (if any) set out in Item 7 of the Table (“Special Conditions”). 6.2 The Special Conditions do not prevail if they are inconsistent with the terms and conditions set out in the DMP Low Risk ICT Projects Agreement; unless the prior written approval of the State’s Principal Contract Administrator has been obtained.
