Contract Compensation. The Habitat Restoration Work Price and the Habitat Maintenance Fee have been established as of the Contract Date on the basis and subject to the terms and conditions described in Section 5.9 (Habitat Project Work Implementation Contract Amendment).
Contract Compensation. City will pay to Artist as full compensation for all services required to be performed by Artist for completion of Phase 1 under this Agreement, except for services for changes to scope of work by City, an amount not to exceed $52,555.00 in the aggregate. Partial payments may be requested not more frequently than monthly, and upon approval by City’s representative, will be made based upon the percentage of work complete and in place as determined by City’s representative; provided, however, Artist may also request partial payment for specifically ordered materials and work in process which are suitably and securely stored on or off site, in an amount not to exceed 50% of the value of the Phase 2 Sum or portion thereof. In order to avail itself of partial payment for specially ordered materials and work in process, Artist shall submit to City, and obtain City’s approval of, a schedule of values for all labor, equipment and materials to be furnished for or in connection with the work, which schedule shall aggregate to not more than the lump sum contract price. b. All applications for payment shall contain appropriate records and other documentation that such services have been performed and the amount of product delivered and incorporated into the Project or, in the discretion of Customers representative, suitably and securely stored on site. Thereafter, City will pay Artist for the amount of the application approved by City’s representative within 40 days of the date such application is received; provided, however, that final payment hereunder shall not be made until the date of final settlement, and Artist agrees to bind itself and be subject to the provisions of ▇▇-▇▇-▇▇▇, C.R.S., with respect to notice of final settlement and withholding. c. Contract Compensation. The Contractor shall ▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇ monthly for services provided pursuant to the specifications at the unit prices established in the negotiated contract. Total compensation shall not exceed the maximum limit established in the negotiated contract. The Contractor’s applications for payment shall include the following information: A. Purchase order number. B. Detailed description of the services that were performed. C. Total charge for the month.

  • Extra Compensation The Board shall pay no fees, other than described above, to the PA/E unless authorized by the Board as follows: A. If the scope of the Project or site is changed, the Board and the PA/E shall negotiate a reasonable fee based upon the probable estimated construction cost in changing the scope of the work and the approximate percentage of the estimated construction cost which was used to negotiate this Agreement if, and, as such may be applicable. B. If the DOE or Board requires the PA/E to make major or costly changes to the Schematic, Preliminary or Construction Document Phase submittals, which changes are not caused by architectural or engineering error or oversight, the PA/E shall be paid to redesign for additional expenses in an amount agreed to by the parties. Under no circumstances will the principals of the PA/E and the principals of his consultants be paid a fee in excess of $125 per hour.

  • Management Compensation As compensation for your services in the management of the offering, we will pay you an amount equal to the management fee specified in the Invitation in respect of the Securities to be purchased by us pursuant to the Purchase Agreement, and we authorize you to charge our account with such amount. If there is more than one Representative, such compensation shall be divided among the Representatives in such proportions as they may determine.

  • Intercarrier Compensation Except as specifically described in this Section, the Agreement does not change or amend applicable intercarrier compensation arrangements (including but not limited to Switched Access, Signaling, or Transit charges) between any parties, including between Qwest and Carriers or IXCs.

  • Termination Compensation Termination Compensation equal to two (2) times the Executive's Base Period Income shall be paid to the Executive in a single sum payment in cash on the thirtieth (30th) business day after the later of (a) the Control Change Date and (b) the date of the Executive's employment termination; provided that if at the time of the Executive's termination of employment the Executive is a Specified Employee, then payment of the Termination Compensation to the Executive shall be made on the first day of the seventh (7th) month following the Executive's employment termination.
