Contract Capacity and Nameplate Capacity. The Contract Capacity is specified in the Cover Sheet. The Contract Capacity shall not exceed 3,000 kW. The Contract Capacity is subject to adjustment based on the Demonstrated Contract Capacity. The Nameplate Capacity is specified in the Cover Sheet. The Nameplate Capacity shall not exceed 5,000 kW.
