Common use of CONTRACT Authorization Clause in Contracts

CONTRACT Authorization. A. Public entity. If a public entity, SUBRECIPIENT shall submit to Administrator a copy of a resolution, order or motion of its governing body that references this CONTRACT number and authorizes execution of this CONTRACT. B. Private entity. If a private entity, SUBRECIPIENT shall submit to Administrator a copy of a resolution, order or motion of its governing body that references this CONTRACT number and authorizes execution of this CONTRACT.
