Contract Alteration. The Insured must ensure that at the time of risk attachment to this Policy, the Insured Contract will not be materially altered or amended whereby such amendment increases the risk to Insurers without Insurer’s prior written consent, such agreement not to be unreasonably withheld or delayed.
