Common use of Continuous Use Clause in Contracts

Continuous Use. Tenant covenants to operate the Leased Premises continuously during the entire term of this Lease with due diligence and efficiency so as to produce a maximum volume of gross sales, subject to causes beyond Tenant’s control. For purposes of this Lease, “continuously” shall mean being open for business on all days and during the hours that are customary considering the nature of Tenant’s business. ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ agrees and acknowledges that Tenant may be closed if required by any executive order, law or rule.
