Continuous Run Operations Sample Clauses
The Continuous Run Operations clause establishes the requirement for certain processes or equipment to operate without interruption over a specified period. In practice, this clause may apply to manufacturing lines, data centers, or other critical systems where downtime can lead to significant losses or safety concerns. By mandating continuous operation, the clause ensures reliability and minimizes the risk of disruptions, thereby protecting productivity and reducing the likelihood of costly outages.
Continuous Run Operations. The Company may initiate a “Continuous Run” schedule for any process that business conditions deem necessary. The Company will provide 24 hours notice, where possible, to the Union and the affected employees prior to adding or deleting processes to be operated under a “continuous run” mode. Where an operation is on continuous run, the provisions of Schedule "B", Article 1, may not apply. The Company may utilize direct, indirect and other employees to provide relief. Support groups such as Truckers, Cranes, Team Leaders and Skilled Trades may be designated to provide service to those designated pieces of equipment or processes on a continuous running basis.
