Continuous Public Access Clause Samples

Continuous Public Access. The parties agree that there will be continuous cohesive vehicular and pedestrian public access to the Right of Entry Areas outlined in this Agreement. No fences, buildings or structures of any kind shall be erected within the Right of Entry Areas which impede normal vehicular and pedestrian access and public use of the right of entry granted herein, subject to the provisions of Section 4.4 below.
