Continuous Nature Clause Samples
The "Continuous Nature" clause defines that certain obligations or rights under an agreement persist over time, rather than being fulfilled by a single action or event. In practice, this means that duties such as confidentiality, maintenance, or ongoing support must be performed on an ongoing basis for the duration specified in the contract, regardless of other changes or milestones. This clause ensures that essential responsibilities are maintained throughout the relevant period, preventing parties from prematurely discontinuing important actions or protections.
