Common use of Continuous Improvement and Best Practices Clause in Contracts

Continuous Improvement and Best Practices. MGEN agrees to use commercially reasonable efforts to: (1) on a continuous basis, as part of the total quality management processes, identify ways to improve the Service Levels, and (2) identify and apply proven techniques and MGEN Tools from other installations within operations that would benefit FNIS either operationally or financially (collectively such efforts shall be hereinafter referred to as "Best Practices").
