Common use of Continuity of Service and Performance Clause in Contracts

Continuity of Service and Performance. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, the parties will continue to provide service and to honor all other commitments under the Separation Agreement, this Agreement and the other Ancillary Agreements during the course of dispute resolution pursuant to the provisions of this Article 15 with respect to all matters not subject to such dispute, controversy or claim.

Continuity of Service and Performance. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, the parties will continue to provide service and to honor all other commitments under the this Separation Agreement, this Agreement and the other each Ancillary Agreements Agreement during the course of dispute resolution pursuant to the provisions of this Article 15 IX with respect to all matters not subject to such dispute, controversy or claim.
