Common use of Continuing Treatment Clause in Contracts

Continuing Treatment. Notwithstanding the foregoing provisions of this Section 7, all treatments which have been precertified or are being provided as of the Separation Time shall be provided without interruption under the appropriate Welfare Plan until such treatment is concluded or discontinued pursuant to applicable plan rules and limitations, but New U S WEST, in the case of a Communications Employee or Terminated Communications Employee, or Multimedia, in the case of a Media Employee or Terminated Media Employee, shall be responsible for all expenses relating to, arising out of or resulting from such on-going treatments after the Separation Time.
