Continuing Services. Furnish the Services and perform all of its other obligations under this Agreement, regardless of (i) any breach by WWESF of any of its agreements hereunder (including any failure to pay any amounts to the Master Servicer); or (ii) the occurrence of any Event of Default under the Credit Agreement.
