Continuing Reductions Sample Clauses
The Continuing Reductions clause establishes a mechanism for ongoing decreases in certain obligations, quantities, or commitments over time. Typically, this clause applies to scenarios such as phased reductions in supply volumes, service levels, or financial commitments, often according to a predetermined schedule or upon the occurrence of specific events. Its core practical function is to provide a structured and predictable way to scale down responsibilities or exposures, thereby managing risk and allowing parties to adjust to changing circumstances without renegotiating the entire agreement.
