Continuing Professional Development (CPD. 40.1 The employer commits to the professional development of employees where it is within the scope of the employee’s role and is deemed to meet the needs of the employer. 40.2 The employer will assist to facilitate access to professional development opportunities by allowing flexibility of rostering and applications for leave. Where such professional development is reasonable, approval will be subject to the operational needs of the facility.
