Common use of Continuing Overtime Clause in Contracts

Continuing Overtime. Except as otherwise set forth in this Agreement, all overtime shall be paid for at the rate of time and one half for all hours in excess of eight hours per day. Payment for such overtime worked during any given pay period, will be paid at the same time, and in the same manner, as the Employee's salary for the said pay period, providing that the employee gives proper notification to the No overtime shall be granted for overtime periods of fifteen (15) minutes or less.
