  • Continuing Obligations The rights and obligations of the Parties that, by their nature, would continue beyond the expiration or termination of this Agreement, e.g., "Liability and Risk of Loss" and "Intellectual Property Rights"-related clauses shall survive such expiration or termination of this Agreement.

Such right to discontinue shall apply to any Discontinued Arrangement that CLEC might order during such thirty (30) Day notice period. The Parties may amend this Agreement pursuant to the Amendment Section following to reflect such change in Applicable Law. If CLEC disputes CenturyLink’s discontinuance of such service, facility, arrangement, payment or benefit, the dispute resolution procedures of this Agreement shall apply, provided however, that the Parties shall not be required to wait sixty (60) Days before submitting the dispute to a court, commission or agency, for resolution under Section 16.2, and any consequent changes to the terms of this Agreement (including billing terms) as a result of such change in Applicable Law shall be retroactive to the discontinuation date set forth in CenturyLink’s written notice to CLEC unless a definitive effective date is specified by Applicable Law.

  • Information Obligations You will provide information or other materials related to Your Content that we reasonably request to verify your compliance with the DSA. If you become aware of any of the following actual or potential events you shall promptly provide us with reasonable information and assistance regarding their mitigation and resolution: (i) unauthorized use of your Account; (ii) loss or theft of your Account information; (iii) circumstances or incidents affecting the security of the Platform or Services; or (iv) measures by authorities or court decisions specifically relating to your use of Services or the Platform which may affect the Platform or the Services.
