Common use of Continuing Contract Academic Professional Faculty Clause in Contracts

Continuing Contract Academic Professional Faculty. a. A Probationary Academic Professional who believes he/she is qualified for the status of Continuing Contract Academic Professional may submit a completed application to the department administrator or designee and to the Human Resources Department. A member is eligible for consideration only if the member satisfies the criteria listed in Subsections b.1) through b.5). The Human Resources Department will determine the member’s eligibility for consideration and will advise the member and the department administrator. An eligible member’s performance will be reviewed and recommendations will be made or withheld pursuant to Subsections b.6) and b.7) of this provision.
