Common use of Continuing Benefits Clause in Contracts

Continuing Benefits. Any working conditions or job benefits which were in effect on the effective date of this Agreement and which are not provided for or abridged by this Agreement, will continue in force throughout the life of the Agreement unless altered by mutual consent of the Employer and the Union.
