Common use of CONTINUING BASE SALARY Clause in Contracts

CONTINUING BASE SALARY. Upon the occurrence of the earlier of (x) the satisfaction of the Capital Deployment Hurdle or (y) 12 months from the Effective Date, the Employee’s base salary shall be increased to $350,000 (the “Continuing Base Salary”). The Continuing Base Salary shall be subject to annual review by the Board (or a committee thereof), and subject to Section 5 below may be increased, but not decreased below its then current level, from time to time by the Board.
