Common use of Continuing Authorization Clause in Contracts

Continuing Authorization. A UNION member shall give written consent for the deduction of professional organization dues. This authorization shall remain in effect from year to year until cancelled by the participating staff member. The Payroll Department shall be informed by the UNION of the amount to be deducted for the affected year. The Payroll Department shall notify the UNION of any changes in UNION membership.
