Common use of Continued Work Clause in Contracts

Continued Work. Contractor and County agree that, the existence and details of a dispute notwithstanding, both parties shall continue without delay their performance hereunder, except for any performance, other than payment by County for approved Work, which the parties mutually determine should be delayed as a result of such dispute.
