CONTINUED RELATIONSHIPS. WorldCom shall preserve intact its Operator Services business and keep available the services of its officers and employees and maintain good relationships with suppliers, customers and others having business relations with WorldCom, and shall cause to be taken no change in the business, condition or results of operations of WorldCom's Operator Services business which may have an adverse effect on the Assets or the business, condition or prospects of WorldCom's Operator Services Business.
