Common use of CONTINUED RELATIONSHIPS Clause in Contracts

CONTINUED RELATIONSHIPS. LMI shall preserve intact the business of LMI and Ebiz shall preserve intact the business of Ebiz and each of the Subsidiaries and keep available the services of their respective officers and employees and maintain good relationships with suppliers, customers and others having business relationships with any of the parties, and shall not cause any change in the business, condition or results of operations which may have an adverse effect on any the assets, business, condition or prospects of the respective party.
