Continued Ineligibility. Per Texas Family Code §231.006, a child support obligor or business entity remains ineligible to receive payments from state funds under a contract to provide property, materials, or services, or a state funded loan until: i. All arrearages have been paid; ii. The obligor is in compliance with a written repayment agreement or court order as to any existing delinquency; or iii. The court of continuing jurisdiction over the child support order has granted the obligor an exemption from ineligibility as part of a court-supervised effort to improve earnings and child support payments.

  • Holiday Eligibility Except as otherwise provided in this Article, an employee must be in paid status on the working day immediately preceding or succeeding the holiday to be paid for the holiday.

Except as provided in paragraph 2 (a)(ii) below, a teacher who received an evaluation rating of needs improvement or ineffective in the prior school year is not eligible for any salary increase and remains at their prior year salary. ii.
