Continued Ineligibility. Per Texas Family Code §231.006, a child support obligor or business entity remains ineligible to receive payments from state funds under a contract to provide property, materials, or services, or a state funded loan until: i. All arrearages have been paid; ii. The obligor is in compliance with a written repayment agreement or court order as to any existing delinquency; or iii. The court of continuing jurisdiction over the child support order has granted the obligor an exemption from ineligibility as part of a court-supervised effort to improve earnings and child support payments.
