Continued Certification. 1. Beginning from the agreed TRANSFER DATE, INCOMING NB shall assume full responsibility for the transferred certification, including all conformity assessment activities, surveillance activities and post-certification monitoring and the assessment of the CERTIFICATION HOLDER’s vigilance system with respect to all devices manufactured and included in the scope of transferred certification. 2. CERTIFICATION HOLDER shall comply with any requirement to notify the relevant authorities about change of the notified body.
