Common use of Continuation Statements Clause in Contracts

Continuation Statements. The Borrower shall, not earlier than six months and not later than three months prior to the fifth anniversary of the date of filing each financing statement filed pursuant to this Agreement or in connection with any Advance hereunder, unless the Collection Date shall have occurred, authorize and deliver and file or cause to be filed an appropriate continuation statement with respect to such financing statement.

Continuation Statements. The Borrower shall, not earlier than six months prior to the expiration of, and not later than three months prior to the fifth anniversary of the date of filing expiration of, each financing statement filed pursuant to this Agreement or in connection with any Advance hereunder, unless the Collection Date shall have occurred, authorize and deliver and file or cause to be filed an appropriate continuation statement with respect to such financing statement.

Continuation Statements.
