After a Severance of Employment or a Non-Change in Control Termination, the Executive and the Executive's ’s eligible dependents shall continue to be eligible to participate during the Benefit Continuation Period in the medical, dental, vision, health, disability, life and other similar plans and arrangements applicable to the Executive immediately prior to the Severance of Employment or Non-Non-Change in Control Termination. The Executive shall participate on the same terms and conditions in effect throughout the Benefit Continuation Period for active employees of the Corporation.
