Continuation of Agreement. (a) Termination as the result of any cause listed in SECTION 14 shall not affect the Issuer's obligation to furnish its shares to Contracts then in force for which its shares serve or may serve as the underlying medium (unless such further sale of Fund shares is proscribed by law or the SEC or other regulatory body). Following termination, Distributor shall not have any Administrative Services payment obligation to the Company (except for payment obligations accrued but not yet paid as of the termination date).
