Continuation Coverage Administration. As of the Distribution Date, Manor Care or a Retained Subsidiary shall assume or retain and shall be solely responsible for, or cause its insurance carriers or HMOs to be responsible for, the administration of the continuation coverage requirements imposed by Code Section 4980B and ERISA Sections 601 through 608 as they relate to any Manor Care Qualified Beneficiary, and shall be responsible for the administration of continuation coverage requirements for Choice Individuals through December 31, 1996, and Choice and the Choice Subsidiaries shall have no liability or obligation with respect thereto.
