Continuation Coverage Administration. As of January 1, 1997, Choice or a Choice Subsidiary shall assume or retain, as the case may be, and shall be solely responsible for, or cause its insurance carriers or HMOs to be responsible for, the administration of the continuation coverage requirements imposed by Code Section 4980B and ERISA Sections 601 through 608 as they relate to any Choice Qualified Beneficiary after December 31, 1996, and Manor Care and the Retained Subsidiaries shall have no liability or obligation with respect thereto.
Continuation Coverage Administration. (i) As of the Distribution Date, Bio-Vascular shall assume or retain and shall be solely responsible for, or cause its insurance carriers (including for this purpose HMOs and PPOs providing coverage) to be responsible for, the administration of the continuation coverage requirements imposed by Code Section 4980B and ERISA Sections 601 through 608 as they relate to any Bio- Vascular Current Qualified Beneficiary or any Bio-Vascular Future Qualified Beneficiary. As of the Distribution Date, Bio-Vascular shall assume or retain and shall be responsible for, or cause its insurance carriers (including for this purpose HMOs and PPOs providing coverage) to be responsible for, all liabilities and obligations in connection with coverage to be provided, claims incurred and premiums owed on or after the Cutoff Date under any Bio-Vascular Medical/Dental Plan in respect of any Bio-Vascular Current Qualified Beneficiary or any Bio-Vascular Future Qualified Beneficiary.
Continuation Coverage Administration. As of the Distribution Date, Manor Care or a Retained Subsidiary shall assume or retain and shall be solely responsible for, or cause its insurance carriers or HMOs to be responsible for, the administration of the continuation coverage requirements imposed by Code Section 4980B and ERISA Sections 601 through 608 as they relate to any Manor Care Qualified Beneficiary, and shall be responsible for the administration of continuation coverage requirements for Choice Individuals through December 31, 1996, and Choice and the Choice Subsidiaries shall have no liability or obligation with respect thereto.
Continuation Coverage Administration. As of the Distribution Date, SONO ------------------------------------ shall be responsible for the administration of the continuation coverage requirements imposed by any applicable law as they relate to any SONO Employee and their current qualified beneficiaries. As of the Distribution Date, SONO shall be responsible for all liabilities and obligations in connection with coverage to be provided, claims incurred, and premiums owed on or after the Distribution Date under any SONO Plan in respect of any SONO Employees and their current qualified beneficiaries. 5.3.
Continuation Coverage Administration. As of the Distribution Date, PriceSmart shall assume or retain and shall be solely responsible for, or cause its insurance carriers or HMOs to be responsible for, providing and administering the continuation coverage required by COBRA as it relates to any Qualified Beneficiary, except as provided in Section 2.05(d), and PEI shall have no liability or obligation with respect thereto.
Continuation Coverage Administration. As of the Distribution Date, Hilton shall retain and shall be solely responsible for, or cause its insurance carriers or HMOs to be responsible for, providing and administering the continuation coverage required by COBRA as it relates to any Hilton Qualified Beneficiary, and Park Place shall have no liability or obligation with respect thereto. As of the Distribution Date, Park Place shall retain and shall be solely responsible for, or cause its insurance carriers or HMOs to be responsible for, providing and administering the continuation coverage required by COBRA as it relates to any Park Place Qualified Beneficiary, and Hilton shall have no liability or obligation with respect thereto.

As of the Distribution Date, Company shall retain and shall be solely responsible for, or cause its insurance carriers or HMOs to be responsible for, providing and administering the continuation coverage required by COBRA as it relates to any Company Qualified Beneficiary, and Lakes shall have no liability or obligation with respect thereto. As of the Distribution Date, Lakes shall retain and shall be solely responsible for, or cause its insurance carriers or HMOs to be responsible for, providing and administering the continuation coverage required by COBRA as it relates to any Lakes Qualified Beneficiary, and Company shall have no liability or obligation with respect thereto.

As of the Distribution Date, Stac shall assume or retain and shall be solely responsible for, or cause its insurance carriers or HMOs to be responsible for, providing and administering the continuation coverage required by COBRA as it relates to any Stac Qualified Beneficiary, and Hi/fn shall have no liability or obligation with respect thereto.
Continuation Coverage Administration. Effective as of the Contribution Date, HMLP shall assume from HMC and shall be solely responsible for, or cause its insurance carriers or HMOs to be responsible for, the administration of the continuation coverage requirements imposed by Code Section 4980B and ERISA Sections 601 through 608 as they relate to any HMC Qualified Beneficiary. Effective as of the Distribution Date, Crestline shall assume from HMC and shall be solely responsible for, or cause its insurance carriers or HMOs to be responsible for, the administration of the continuation coverage requirements imposed by Code Section 4980B and ERISA Sections 601 through 608 as they relate to any Crestline Qualified Beneficiary.
