Continuation Coverage Administration. Effective as of the Contribution Date, HMLP shall assume from HMC and shall be solely responsible for, or cause its insurance carriers or HMOs to be responsible for, the administration of the continuation coverage requirements imposed by Code Section 4980B and ERISA Sections 601 through 608 as they relate to any HMC Qualified Beneficiary. Effective as of the Distribution Date, Crestline shall assume from HMC and shall be solely responsible for, or cause its insurance carriers or HMOs to be responsible for, the administration of the continuation coverage requirements imposed by Code Section 4980B and ERISA Sections 601 through 608 as they relate to any Crestline Qualified Beneficiary.
