Continuance. Subject to any limitations contained in this Agreement on the right of the camper to assign this Agreement, the Owner and the Camper hereto agree that this Agreement shall be binding upon and ensure to the benefit of the Owner, the Owner’s heirs, successors and assigns and the Camper and the Camper’s heirs, successors and assigns.
