Continual Work Sample Clauses

The Continual Work clause requires that work on a project or service proceeds without unnecessary interruption or delay. In practice, this means that the party responsible for performing the work must maintain steady progress, coordinate resources efficiently, and promptly address any issues that could cause stoppages. This clause ensures that projects are completed on schedule and helps prevent disputes arising from avoidable delays, thereby promoting efficiency and reliability in contract performance.
