CONTINGENT ON SUBLEASE Clause Samples

CONTINGENT ON SUBLEASE. The effectiveness of this Lease is contingent on the satisfaction of the following on or before December 31, 2003: (a) the full execution and delivery of the Sublease by Tenant and BofA, and (b) the full execution and delivery of the Consent to Sublease by Tenant, BofA and Landlord. If both (a) and (b) are not satisfied on or before December 31, 2003, this Lease shall have no effect as if the parties had never entered into it.
