Contingency Backup. 5.4.1 In an event where the Prosecuting Agent requires ACRO to provide a contingency service for PNC requirements a discussion would be needed, prior to any checks, in order to establish volumes and expected turnaround times. This is necessary in order to ensure ACRO can cope with the demand.
