Contiguous to Regular Working Hours. Where call-in is contiguous to the start of a shift, but begins less than four hours before the regularly scheduled shift, the two hour guarantee shall not apply, however, the employee shall receive overtime at the appropriate rate for the call-in time worked and the regularly scheduled shift shall not be shortened for the purpose of avoiding overtime.
