Common use of Contesting a bill Clause in Contracts

Contesting a bill. The Operator must be informed of any claim relating to an invoice for any Month M within ninety (90) calendar days from the date on which the TSO issued the bill. After this time, no claims relating to this bill will be accepted. The Shipper sends the TSO any elements that will substantiate its claim. This claim does not exempt the Shipper from its obligation to pay the full value of the contested bill, under the conditions established above.
