Common use of Contact with Customers and Suppliers Clause in Contracts

Contact with Customers and Suppliers. Buyer and its representatives shall contact and communicate with the employees, customers, suppliers and licensors of the Company and its Subsidiaries with respect to the Company and its Subsidiaries and/or in connection with the transactions contemplated hereby only with the prior consent of the Company, which consent shall not be unreasonably withheld, delayed or conditioned; provided, such consent may be conditioned upon an officer of the Company being present at any such meeting or conference.

Contact with Customers and Suppliers. Buyer and its employees, agents or representatives shall contact and communicate with the employees, customers, customers and suppliers and licensors of the Company and its Subsidiaries with respect to the Company and its Subsidiaries and/or in connection with the transactions contemplated hereby by this Agreement only with the prior prior, written consent of the Company, which consent shall not be unreasonably withheld, delayed or conditioned; provided, such consent may be conditioned upon an officer of the Company being present at any such meeting or conference.
